Course Profile
The short-term Career Oriented Certificate Course in English for Tourism was initiated and introduced on the 19th of October, 2012 in the College through the unceasing encouragement of the Principal and the whole-hearted support of the Department of English. The course is offered to any interested student from the morning, day and science section. In the First Batch (2012) the course had enrolled 12 students particularly from the arts stream and the second Batch (2013) had a total of 7 students from both the arts and science stream. The Course has witnessed young and vibrant hearts who have been eager to learn taking it one step ahead.

Total Fees : Certificate course - Rs. 200.00 (Rupees Two hundred only)
Duration : Certificate course - Three months
Objective:
English for Tourism is a course which focuses on teaching participants how to communicate simply and effectively at a basic, intermediate and advanced level. It instructs course participants on how to deal with the grammatical structures needed, pronounce words properly and utilize tourism-related vocabulary in the students daily duties.
