Classes: NCC classes were taken regularly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the college. Apart from theoretical classes, cadets were also taught in drills and parade, sometimes with the help of the PI staffs.

Activities: National Cadet Corps plays a significant role in shaping the youth into responsible citizens of the country. NCC aims to bring out the best in Cadets. The Lady Keane College has been encouraging various extracurricular activities throughout the year, among those one is NCC.

The NCC cadets of Lady Keane College have participated in many activities and camps which are conducted by the NCC Head Office, Shillong.
